Key Responsibilities
- Desing user-centered services for RDC Americas using methodologies such as design thinking and service blueprint.
- Identify processes suitable for automation and lead their implementation (e.g. Power Automate, Alteryx).
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma, Scrum or similar methodologies.
- Manage innovation project from ideation to implementation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and offices to ensure adoption of solutions.
- Track and report KPIs relates to transformation and innovation.
- Communicate effectively in English and Spanish with General stakeholders.

Key Requirements
- 4 to 6 years in roles related to automation, innovation, continuous improvement, or service design.
- A degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Computing Science, or related field.
- Some education in Service Design
