- Partner with business and IT teams to define requirements and deliver solutions that further commercial objectives and enhance the field sales user experience.:

Analyze business processes; elicits,



analyzes, and documents business requirements; identifies alternative solutions, assesses feasibility and makes recommendations typically seeking to exploit and leverage new or existing IT technology components.:
- Translate business requirements into functional requirements; performs data and process modeling; manages change; and leads, coordinates / performs testing, verification, and validation of requirements:
- Provide expert advice on the selection, design, justification, implementation and business use of Veeva or other Commercial information systems:
- Proactively identifies process improvement opportunities and prepares technical solutions to address.:
- Lead the software lifecycle quality compliance and testing process from inception to release; develop test plans to ensure system functionality, reliability, performance, and quality.:
- Provide L2-3 system support to business end-users, troublesh
