Your Opportunity

As a Relationship Manager, you’ll own and scale the ongoing success of our clients by combining high-touch relationship management with AI-powered tools and automation. This is a full-time role based in Medellín, Colombia, operating in a hybrid model with three days per week in the office.

You’ll be the primary point of contact for assigned clients, leveraging AI to proactively surface insights, identify risks, streamline workflows, and personalize the client experience. From the moment a plan goes live, you’ll partner closely with Operations, Product, Engineering,



and Client Services to deliver exceptional outcomes — faster, smarter, and more consistently.

You’ll also serve as the voice of the client, translating real-world feedback and data-driven insights into product enhancements and process improvements. In short, you’ll help co-create the future of AI-enabled client experience at ForUsAll.

How You'll Use AI in this Role
- Leverage AI tools to analyze client behavior, engagement, and support trends:
- Use automation and AI-assisted workflows to scale relationship management without sacrificing quality:
- Proactively identify client risks, opportunities, and moments that matter using data-driven signals
- Partner with internal teams to implement AI-powered process improvements across onboarding, servicing, and renewals
- Continuously test and adopt new tools to improve efficiency, accuracy, and client satisfaction
