About the Position

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers in different parts of the world to define clear job requirements, sourcing strategies, and create attractive, inclusive job descriptions within the Colombia market.
- Conduct interviews in English and Spanish, ensuring fluid and respectful communication.
- Support hiring managers in leveraging LinkedIn, their networks and improve time-to-hire.
- Promote inclusive and equitable selection practices.

Qualifications
- 2+ years of recruitment/ HR experience within an international setting
- Good understanding of Colombia labor practices
- Is proactive, organized, and able to create and maintain effective structures.
- Is passionate about recruitment and brings a positive, energetic attitude.
- Feels comfortable working in an international, agile, and fast paced environment.
- Thrives working independently but values the benefit of good collaboration.





Speaks English fluently (professional level speaking and writing) since this is our corporate language.
