About the role

This is a strategic role focused on driving digital transformation, automating key processes, and ensuring that technology delivers real impact across the organization.

You will work closely with different business areas to understand their needs and translate them into scalable and efficient technology solutions.

Responsibilities
- Act as the main link between business teams and technology to identify needs and define solutions
- Lead digital transformation and process automation initiatives
- Ensure successful implementation, adoption, and usage of systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and secure solutions
- Manage vendors and coordinate technology initiatives

Requirements:
- Experience working with ERP, CRM, integrations, or enterprise technology platforms
- Strong ability to translate business needs into technology solutions




- Experience working with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Experience leading automation or process improvement initiatives
- Advanced English (required)
- Degree in Information Systems, IT, Business Administration, or related fields

Nice to have
- Experience in manufacturing or complex operational environments
- Experience in multinational or multi-country organizations
- Experience with systems such as SAP, Salesforce, or similar
