Trade Marketing Coordinator

Objective of the Position:
Develop and implement Trade Marketing strategies focused on increasing the visibility, rotation and market share of the white goods, rac and small appliances categories in the retail and traditional channels. He will be responsible for ensuring flawless execution at the point of sale through promoter management, BTL activations, additional displays, and POP materials. This role must ensure that the consumer experience at the point of sale is consistent with brand and sales objectives, ensuring strategic alignment with the commercial, marketing and product teams, and adapting actions to the particularities of each channel and type of customer.
Main Responsibilities:
- Design and implement Trade Marketing plans adapted to the characteristics of the assigned channels (Retail and Traditional).
- Develop additional displays and BTL activations that generate visibility and product rotation.
- Manage and follow up on the promoter teams at the points of sale.
- Coordinate with the sales team the execution of plans by customer and channel (planning by chains and distributors).
- Analyze the performance of strategies through KPIs of sell-out, traffic, exhibition and participation at the point of sale.
- Generate market intelligence in the channel: competitor behavior, prices, promotions, exhibitions.
- Collaborate with the marketing area for product launches, promotional campaigns and alignment of brand messages.
