The role of Consultant for the CRO for Colombia must help to ensure strategic alignment and operational efficiency. This position demands a dynamic and proactive person capable of navigating regional dynamics. To be successful, the person must be comfortable working in different projects/workstreams at the same time and at different levels of detail and, enjoy structuring and tracking local and regional initiatives.



Excellent communication and presentation skills needed.

What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance or other related discipline
- Must be 100% fluent in English and Spanish
- Must have at least 3-4 years of general business work with experience on strategy development, background in Consulting is desired
- Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, mixed with sound business judgement
- Excellent project management capabilities and high attention to detail; comfortable prioritizing, working under deadlines and producing key deliverables
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels
- Cultural sensitivity and adaptability to diverse market environments
- Team worker and ability to make things happen withing the organization
- Proven ability to quickly grasp industry and business-wide concepts to assess implications to drive actions
