Talent Acquisition Supervisor:

UnifyCX is expanding and seeking a Talent Acquisition Supervisor to support and oversee recruitment operations in Colombia. This role is idóneo for a hands-on recruiting leader who thrives in high-volume, fast-paced environments and enjoys developing recruiters while driving hiring results.

Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Operations & Execution:
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment for assigned business units or programs.
- Support execution of hiring plans aligned with workforce projections.
- Monitor requisition progress and ensure adherence to recruitment timelines.

Team Supervision:
- Provide day-to-day oversight, coaching, and support to recruiters.
- Conduct regular check-ins to review pipeline health, productivity, and quality metrics.
- Assist in onboarding and training new recruiters.
- Support performance management and development planning for team members.

Sourcing & Talent Attraction:
- Guide recruiters in leveraging job boards, social media, referrals, and sourcing tools.




- Support development of targeted sourcing strategies for high-volume and hard-to-fill roles.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and local recruiting events as needed.

Social Media & Engagement:
- Assist in executing social media recruitment campaigns.
- Collaborate with marketing when needed to promote open roles.
- Ensure consistent employer messaging across sourcing channels.
- Support implementation of assessment tools and structured interview practices.

Reporting & Compliance:
- Track and report recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, pipeline activity, and recruiter productivity.
- Ensure recruitment practices comply with Colombian labor regulations and company policies.
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.

Stakeholder Partnership:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned hiring managers.
- Escalate complex hiring challenges to Talent
