We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Engineer - Salesforce to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions that meet the needs of our organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and optimization of Salesforce within our business processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of Salesforce solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and technical standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for Salesforce implementations.
- Architect and build scalable, high-performing solutions using Salesforce technologies (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, etc.).
- Oversee the integration of Salesforce with other internal and external systems.




- Develop and maintain Salesforce architecture and design documentation.
- Oversee the implementation and deployment of Salesforce solutions, ensuring high performance and reliability.
- Lead efforts to enhance platform efficiency, including user experience improvements, performance optimization, and system upgrades.
- Enforce coding standards and best practices across the team, including code reviews and ensuring efficient, reusable, and scalable code.
- Drive the adoption of Salesforce development lifecycle tools and processes, such as DevOps, CI/CD, version control, and automated testing
- Customize Salesforce solutions using point-and-click tools as well as programmatic development (Apex, Triggers, SOQL).
- Configure standard and custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and approval processes.
