The Talent Services Account Manager is directly responsible for driving client satisfaction through a combination of technical onboarding, product training, and strategic account management. This role acts as the key liaison between U.S.based corporate clients and internal teams, ensuring a seamless deployment of recruitment processes and software solutions while proactively managing long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Account Management & Client Relationship:
- Customized Training: Lead training sessions on the client platform and tailor presentations to address specific challenges.
- Voice of the Customer: Gather direct market feedback to contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes and product development.
- Technical Implementation & Recruitment Support:




- Technical Configuration & ATS: Manage technical implementations of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), resolve Level 1 technical issues reported by clients, and coordinate system changes across departments.
- Content Creation: Collaborate on designing compelling and compliant job postings, using digital tools to optimize messaging.
- Performance Optimization & Compliance:
- Data Analysis: Analyze client performance data to generate reports and executive presentations for monthly reviews.
- Risk Mitigation: Monitor compliance with U.S. local regulations and job board policies. Identify accounts at risk of churn and design retention strategies.
- Administrative Support: Regularly assist with billing tasks, process documentation, and overall project management for assigned accounts.
