What You’ll Do:
As an Engagement Specialist,



you’ll play a key role in our Customer Support team, contributing to exceptional member experiences and operational excellence. Your work will directly impact client satisfaction, retention, and the overall success of our Thrive Account and Tuition programs.

You will:
- Process system-generated tickets efficiently, ensuring accurate updates to member plans, payments, and enrollments
- Deliver exceptional customer service to internal teams, clients, and participants
- Consistently meet daily production metrics and team goals while embodying our CARE values
- Identify trends, issues, and opportunities, and provide feedback to operations leadership
- Communicate clearly and effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
- Troubleshoot issues and follow escalation paths when needed
- Track, investigate, and resolve ACH failures at the member level
- Support the reimbursement processing team during high-volume periods
