Senior Management Assistant - VP Commercial Latam

About the Role

This is your chance to ensure the administrative and analytical efficiency of the Commercial VP within a dynamic organization with general reach. As our Senior Management Assistant, you will combine traditional executive functions with advanced capabilities in commercial data analysis, acting as a true business partner to the VP. In this role, you will enable more timely decision-making, a more efficient operation, and a more comprehensive strategic vision of the LATAM markets

What You Will Do
- Comprehensive executive calendar management: Oversight of meetings, travel arrangements, corporate events, and regional site visits.
- Document management: Drafting and monitoring timelines, progress reports, and the preparation of executive summaries.
- Commercial committee organization:



Coordination of commercial committees, including preparing meeting minutes and tracking deliverables and action items.
- Internal and external communications management: Handling communications for the Commercial VP in direct coordination with Comms department.
- Analysis of commercial data from LATAM markets, leveraging data analytics tools to drive insights.
- Monitoring strategic business KPIs at a regional level, providing dedicated support in project management and execution.
- Analysis of consumer trends and product launches, including the monitoring of market intelligence sources (Nielsen, Ipsos, Kantar, Euromonitor, etc.) and overall competitive landscape movements.
- Development of high-level executive presentations for various local and international stakeholders.
- Preparation of strategic materials for business reviews, growth roadmaps, and market performance analysis.
