Your Role

- Support HR functions related to occupational health and safety (OHS) and protocol documentation.
- Assist with the implementation of HR programs (e.g., onboarding, new hire documentation, OHS compliance)

- Create and maintain periodic and ad hoc reports on metrics such as headcount, employee demographics, compensation, and staffing/productivity.
- Support research initiatives and special HR projects as needed.
- Participate in staffing processes and other operational HR functions within the region.
- Coordinate and ensure proper handling of regional immigration and visa processes.
- Maintain a strong understanding of company policies and ensure compliance across the region.
- Respond to employee inquiries related to benefits, payroll, and HR policies.
- Maintain and update organizational charts.
- Ensure accuracy and proper maintenance of HRIS data and employee records.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
