Purpose_
Contributes to the overall success of the MIS - Central Support Services team in the Client Experience Center (CEC) - GBS DR & COL being responsible for supporting the CEC reports and developing advanced analytics initiatives to achieve optimized processes and therefore boost regional and local strategies for the CEC.

The Specialist must have experience in using large datasets, as well as data mining methods, statistics, and programming to develop solutions for the CEC keeping internal clients informed about their performance KPIs. The role requires analytical skills and attention to detail, integrating the use of data mining tools and predictive analytics to provide information with high value about the performance of the CEC, leading the promotion of a high-performance culture.

Accountabilities
- Integrate, improve,



and analyze all data sources that measure operational performance to increase accuracy and maintain an appropriate variable compensation plan (VCP), as well as other recognition and performance evaluation programs.
- Design, develop, and implement information storage tools to optimize and standardize all required input data, also integrate and unify the data collection process, ensuring data quality and integrity.
- Develop and automate data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes, considering best practices and performance.
- Present monthly, quarterly and yearly reports to different stakeholders and key external partners interested in operational efficiency and performance. Responsible for creating and presenting detailed, comprehensive, and data driven proposals for business improvement opportunities using advanced visualization tools.
