Business Operations Associate — Entrepreneur Track

Location: Remote (Philippines, LATAM) Type: Full-time Work Hours: 8 AM - 5 PM Pacific Time Salary: $1,000 - $1,500 USD/month Reports To: CEO

This Is Not a Normal Job

You will work directly with a serial entrepreneur who runs multiple businesses across AI consulting, digital marketing, and real estate. You will be in the room for everything: sales calls, hiring decisions, product launches, client negotiations, financial planning.

This is not a back-office support role. It is an opportunity to learn how businesses are built and scaled from the inside.

Within two years, you will have the operational playbook to run your own company or take on a senior leadership role in ours.

What You Will Do

Be the CEO's Second Brain (40%)
- Track every open project, deadline, and commitment across all businesses
- Follow up on things before they fall through the cracks
- Prepare agendas and talking points before meetings
- Take notes, extract action items, and make sure they happen
- Keep the CRM and opportunity tracker updated




- Know the status of everything without being asked

Make the Team Deliver (30%)
- Run daily check-ins with the remote team (recruiters, content writers, outreach specialists, designers)
- Track who is doing what and whether it shipped on time
- Flag underperformance early. Don't wait until it's a problem.
- Build simple systems: checklists, dashboards, recurring reports
- Onboard new hires and get them productive fast

Handle Whatever Needs Handling (20%)
- Coordinate across multiple business entities and functions
- Solve problems you've never seen before by figuring it out

Learn How to Build a Business (10%)
- Sit in on sales calls and client meetings
- See how deals get structured, priced, and closed
- Watch how a team gets built from scratch
- Understand how SEO, content, AI, and outbound work together to generate revenue
- Ask questions. Challenge ideas. Contribute.
