We are looking for a highly proactive and organized Truckload Specialist Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to move freight efficiently while building strong carrier relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Source and secure capacity using load boards such as DAT Load Board and Truckstop
- Negotiate rates with carriers and drivers to maximize margins
- Coordinate shipments from pickup to delivery, ensuring on-time performance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers
- Track loads proactively and resolve issues before they escalate
- Communicate effectively with internal team and external partners
- Ensure all load details, documents, and updates are accurate and organized

What We’re Looking For




- Proven experience in truckload brokerage or coordination
- Strong experience using DAT and Truckstop
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Highly proactive mindset — you don’t wait, you anticipate
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple loads simultaneously under pressure

Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with flatbed freight
- Experience with reefer (temperature-controlled) loads
- Existing carrier network is a plus
