Position Summary
You will be responsible for designing and implementing access strategies for the Hematology area in Colombia. You will work collaboratively with local and regional teams, including commercial, medical, and access areas,
to ensure that solutions respond to the needs of patients and the healthcare system. We value strategic thinking, a practical approach, and collaboration. - Design and execute access strategies aligned with the Hematology portfolio life cycle.
- Identify barriers and opportunities within the healthcare system and propose practical, scalable solutions.
- Develop local value packages, including clinical and economic evidence, for evaluation, purchasing, and funding processes.
- Collaborate with commercial, medical, HEOR, and regulatory teams to ensure effective implementation.
