About the Role

We are looking for a high-energy, dependable, bilingual virtual caller and appointment setter to join our growing healthcare team.

This is not a passive admin role. We need someone who is confident on the phone, follows up fast, cares about people, and knows how to help move leads into booked appointments.

You will be speaking with potential patients, following up with leads, handling missed calls, re-engaging people who did not book, and helping our team keep the schedule full.

We want someone who is:

Responsibilities:
- Call new leads quickly after they come in
- Follow up with leads by phone, text, and other assigned channels
- Schedule appointments accurately
- Confirm appointments and help reduce no-shows




- Re-engage old leads and inactive prospects
- Use scripts, call flows, and SOPs while still sounding human
- Enter accurate notes and update lead status in the CRM
- Communicate clearly with the team regarding booked appointments, issues, and follow-up needs
- Maintain speed, consistency, and professionalism throughout the day
- Be available for weekend coverage as assigned

Required Qualifications
- Strong spoken and written English:

- Experience in calling, appointment setting, customer service, sales, virtual assistant work, or lead follow-up
- Comfortable spending a large part of the workday on the phone
- Strong internet connection and quiet work environment
- Reliable computer and headset
- Strong follow-through and attention to detail
- Able to follow systems, scripts, and feedback
- Must be dependable, punctual, and responsive
- Must be available to work weeke
