Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Intake Specialist to join our growing intake team. This role serves as the first point of contact for Potential New Clients and plays a critical role in driving business growth for the law firm.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls efficiently and professionally
- Identify client needs through active listening and investigative questioning:
- Accurately gather, document, and verify detailed client information
- Follow structured call flows and intake scripts to ensure complete data collection
- Send and track documents via electronic signature platforms to convert leads into clients (sales component)
- Meet or exceed daily productivity, quality, and conversion targets
- Provide empathetic, professional customer service and de-escalate upset callers when necessary
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and internal systems
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management





Qualifications & Requirements
- High school diploma (required)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a BPO or Customer Service Representative (CSR) role:
- Strong experience handling calls and customer interactions in fast-paced environments
- Experience using CRM systems and multiple software platforms:
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office:
- Minimum typing speed of 30 WPM:
- English level C1 or higher (mandatory)
