We're looking for a detail-obsessed Operations Associate to own lead quality and data validation for an early-stage AI sales intelligence platform. The platform surfaces high-intent B2B buyers in real time, and the accuracy of every lead in the system directly impacts how well it performs for sales teams. Your job is to make sure the data is right.

This is a process-driven, execution-focused role. You will review pre-generated lead lists, validate data points against defined criteria, flag anything that does not meet the standard, and keep everything documented and tracked. No advanced technical skills required. What is required is precision, consistency, and a genuine intolerance for errors slipping through.

What You'll Work On
Lead Review and Qualification
- Review pre-generated lead lists and verify each lead against defined qualification criteria
- Ensure leads meet client-specific Adecuado Customer Profile requirements before they move forward
- Flag inaccurate, incomplete, or disqualified leads with clear documentation
- Follow standardized operating procedures for lead quality checks consistently and without shortcuts

Data Validation
- Identify patterns in data errors and surface them to the team for process improvement
- Maintain high data integrity and low error rates across all reviewed leads

Documentation and Tracking
- Maintain clean, organized documentation and tracking of all reviewed leads
