As theTest Automation Tool SME you will serve as the process support to multiple end users of the TAP toolset consisting of Opentext Application Lifecycle Management (ALM),



Tricentis Tosca as well as other integrated tools (e.g., Jira, Selenium, Playwright).:
WhatYou’llDo:
- Top level technical expert supporting multiple end user groups (i.e., IT Delivery teams, SQA).:
- Work with user groups to identify and solve business problems with all available technology including hardware, software, databases, and peripherals.:
- Requires broad and deep technical experience related to studying and analyzing systems needs, systems development, systems process analysis, design, and re-engineering.:
- The Specialist level will have highly developed skills and experience in business management, systems engineering, operations research, and management engineering.:
- Will often coach or mentor less senior support professionals.:
- Help tool users to understand and use the tools as they are aligned to the BTS SLC, provide project specific guidance for the tool (e.g. how to structure requirements in ALM) and also provi
