Responsibilities:
- Conducting weekly onboardings, being the point of contact for new hires, answering their questions, performing check-ins, troubleshooting.
- Optimization, and maintenance of training resources; including LMS, videos, articles, guides, and infographics amongst others.
- Optimization, maintenance, and management of standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to training across the company or HR department.
- Designing Department Trainings, operational trainings.
- Designing and Conducting HR, Wellness and continuous eduction trainings.
- Gathering feedback on the General Training program and specific sessions within it to create performance reports.




- Assist the Training Manager (Head of L&D;) in any and all tasks related to the HR or Training department.
- Accountable for monitoring new hire’s progress though training programs.
- Perform other duties related to the Training program, HR and maintaining the overall positive REPS & Co. culture and Core Values.

Qualifications:
- University degree, or equivalent in years of experience and training is needed.
- Masters in Education, Training, L&D;, Wellness, or similar is preferred.
- Teaching or training experience is needed, 2-3 years preferred.
- Fluent in English; must have exceptional written and verbal communication
- Has experience using LMS systems.
- Knowledge of learning strategies.
- Knowledge of Training reports and KPIs
- Positive attitude. Waw factor needed, they can energize an audience easily.
- Experience working with virtual teams is a plus.
