Job Description:
About this job

This role will be an integral member of the Sales Technology Administration team and liaise with stakeholders from various business areas to understand and support their needs of the Dynamics and Power Platform environments. The role will also work closely with the Infrastructure and Operations team to ensure that all standards and security requirements are met and delivered.

Responsibilities
- Development of integrations of data and functionality using the Power Platform (Power Automate and Power Apps).
- Documenting and defining user requirements with product stakeholders, including flow charts, layouts and diagrams.




- Contributes to and supports the Dynamics platform 3 year roadmap and the product SDLC.

Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience of working with Dynamics 365, Office 365 and CRM.
- Experience working as a System Administrator.
- Experience of Application Development.
- Experience with SQL.

Preferred knowledge:
- Knowledge of Power Platform
- Experience with Salesforce Administration and 365.
- Experience using Salesforce Sales Cloud Administration.
