Responsibilities:
As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role; experience in recruiting for IT, sales, and managerial roles is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress, etc.)
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other Human Resource Management software.
- Fluency in English is a must; additional language skills are a plus.
