A renowned agency is looking for personnel to join our team of bilingual chat service advisors. We seek enthusiastic professionals with strong communication skills and a high level of English proficiency to interact with clients through our platform. The primary goal of this role is to engage with clients, both current and new, through chat, ensuring an engaging and high-quality experience.

Responsibilities:
- Review and manage chats on the platform
- Consistently interact with clients
- Ensure the quality of conversations to encourage engagement, retention, and client interest
- Participate in weekly meetings to optimize client interactions
- Perform other related tasks as needed

Requirements:
- High proficiency in spoken and written English (C1 level)
- A suitable computer for work
- Availability for different shifts (morning/afternoon)
