Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements at the local, regional, national and international level where you have company presence.
- Support and coordinate with the vice presidency of human resources the establishment of compensation policies and benefits that allow attracting, motivating and retaining the human talent required by the company.
- Ensure that the recruitment department and its respective areas cover vacancies in a timely manner presented by the company in all its divisions according to the demand of its representatives.
- Maintain continuous and direct communication with the legal, administrative, internal control and payroll departments to keep updated the requirements that they must meet to guarantee the proper functioning of the processes in charge, the support and shielding of the company in relation to issues that involve employees, contractors and external entities that require it.




- Ensure that the hiring department complies with the legal requirements associated with the hiring of personnel It is done in accordance with current legal regulations whatever its modality.
- Request the corresponding departments to keep the manual of functions and profile of the position of the personnel from the entire business group.
- Provide support to the corresponding departments with the necessary collaboration in situations of labor conflict or withexternal within the framework of their functions without extending to those that must be attended by the departments legal, coexistence committee, or to whom it applies.
- Receive, study, analyze the results of the work environment measurement. Invite the labor welfare committee to establish guidelines and routes aimed at maintaining an adequate business climate.
- Maintain direct communication with the payroll, accounting, and treasury departments so that the labor payments, bonuses, settlements, indemnities and those to which employees are entitled by law and the freely granted by the compan
