ChampionX is seeking for a Sr Human Resources Manager based in Bogota, Colombia.

In this role, you will oversee and deliver the operational delivery of HR services and solutions in Colombia, Ecuador and Venezuela including payroll, employee relations, recruitment and talent selection, rewards and recognition, organizational design and change, talent development and talent management to support the functions and business unit objectives and performance.

The position will serve as a critical member of the HR team responsible to support the assigned functions and will partner closely with HR leadership and HR Center of Excellence (COEs) to successfully implement and drive local HR initiatives.

What You Will Do:
- Plans, organizes and controls all activities of the Human Resources department. Participates in developing department goals, budgets, objectives
- Lead HR service delivery model, strategy (hire to retire) and programs for our operation in Colombia, Ecuador and Venezuela.
- Partner with team and leadership to develop and execute HR, talent and organization strategy and solutions that directly support and enable business objectives.
- Design and drive talent management and succession planning strategy implementation, acting as a counselor in terms of Talent and decision making to leaders. Lead talent acquisition and development needs in location.
- Oversee all location labor relations and lead efforts to develop and maintain positive and progressive labor relations climate in geography.
