What will you be doing?
- Primarily meeting customers and helping them plan florals for their wedding.
- Outbound sales calls to existing customers.
- Other tasks related to improving the customer experience, like conducting customer research.

Requirements:
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Passion for service and creating a wonderful Customer Experience
- Comfortable speaking on the phone with customers.
- Genuine passion for helping customers learn about our products.
- A background in sales or customer service.
