Responsibilities:
The Finance Assistant role involves supporting the Finance Department Team by handling customer service and administrative tasks within our automotive dealerships.



The primary objective of this position is to streamline processes and accelerate the sales and finance procedures. This position will contribute to positive customer experiences and company cash flow by expediting accurate paperwork for signing and funding through lenders. The Finance Assistant will help maintain positive relationships with major auto lenders, process car deals, e-print, e-sign, e-package, and scan paperwork.

This is an onsite job in our office in We Work Palmas.

We will provide all the necessary training and tools to effectively perform your job.

Salary starting at COP 2,500,000 + Benefits + Overtime

Requirements:
- Advanced fluency in English is required as our clients only speak English.
- Valid Colombian ID.
- Weekend and Colombian Holiday (festivos) availability.
- Basic computer and software skills.
- Eagerness to learn and advance.
- Positive attitude.
