ABOUT THE ROLE

The profiling and risk Specialist is primarily focused on retrospective risk analysis and customer profiling, supporting risk mitigation strategies and process improvements.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Conduct retrospective analysis of betting activity and customer behavior to identify risk and fraud patterns.- Develop and maintain customer profiling and risk rating models based on historical performance.- Identify and report anomalies or weaknesses in odds, offers, or internal tools.- Produce clear reports and insights to support data-driven risk decisions.
- Collaborate with Trading, Betting Intelligence, and Strategy teams on risk initiatives.
- Maintain general awareness of live activity and escalate potential issues when required.

- Solid understanding of sports.-
- Ability to adapt to different team dynamics and collaborate effectively across functions.- Excellent listening and learning skills- Comfortable in a desk-based,
