Come join our team in Real Estate Investing to manage tasks around acquisition. We are looking for someone who can not only talk to people, but negotiate and close deals

Job Description:
Our marketing channels source leads and once it is marked as a motivated lead - Through Podio (CRM system) the a task will be sent to you to take over. You will not have to source your own leads Your job is to follow up, build rapport, gather property and seller details, understand how to formulate an offer, make offer and get the lead into contract

1. Call seller, confirm info and build rapport
2. Pull comps determine offer
3. Make offer
4. Follow up

We have scripts, formulas to help you in creating an offer and we have processes that you will use to make the offer.

You must be comfortable and enjoy being on the phone,



interacting with potential sellers, qualifying prospects, and supporting our team in acquiring properties. AND MOST IMPORTANTLY be willing to do training, follow our systems and consistently work to get better.

For this job, it is helpful to have knowledge in:
- Real Estate
- Podio
- Phone Skills
- Pulling Comps
- Google Share Documents
- Gathering prospect information and property data
- Reporting: providing daily/weekly/monthly insight to company’s management

And essential to:
- Have the right attitude, a self-starter, results driven, hard worker, great phone demeanor, love taking to people.

Experience closing over the phone. Knowledge of real estate investing, wholesaling, rehabbing and real estate terms a big plus
