About the role:
As a Field Service Support, you will make an impact by ensuring the operational continuity of the client's technological ecosystem through on‑site support, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and end‑user assistance. You will be a valued member of the CIS team, working collaboratively with your manager, technical teams, and client stakeholders to guarantee a stable, efficient, and secure IT environment.

In this role, you will:
1. Provide on‑site technical support, resolving hardware, software, and network issues for end users.

2. Install, configure, and update software, operating systems, and IT equipment.

3. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on desktops, laptops, and peripherals.

4. Monitor the performance of computers, networks, and connected devices to identify issues proactively.

5. Record incidents, manage calls, and maintain accurate documentation within ITSM tools.

Work model: Onsite:
Based on this role’s business requirements, this is an onsite position requiring 5 days a week at the client location in Bogotá, Colombia.

What you need to have to be considered:
1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Systems, Technology Infrastructure Management, or related fields.

2. 0-2 years of experience in maintenance of computer equipment OR 3+ years in IT support, hardware/software repair, and/or network administration.

3. Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS) and software installation.

4. Familiarity with networks, cabling, and basic communication protocols.

5. Ability to diagnose issues, provide efficient solutions, and document procedures.

6. Strong communication skills and ability to assist users with different technical skill levels.

7. English level B1 or above.

8. ITSM experience, ITIL, or CCNA certifications are a plus.
