Bilingual (Spanish-English) lawyer licensed in Colombia responsible to provide legal support to the Andean Cluster operations of the company supporting the different units that operate in the Cluster. The position will be based at the Cluster office in Bogota, Colombia.



He/She will be the main point of contact for legal related matters in the Andean markets and the primary responsible lawyer to advice the Andean Leadership Team (LT) as well as the functional contact for the Area Legal Director (ALD) and AZ General Legal Teams.

Essential for the role
- Colombia licensed lawyer (minimum 8 years’ experience as in-house or external counsel advising multinationals).
- Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
- Proven ethics and independent judgment.
- Excellent communication skills to explain, synthesize and simplify complex legal matters to business decision makers that are not lawyers.
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills to work within a team environment and collaboratively across functions but also to perform and deliver independently without close supervision.
- Pro-active hands-on risk management approach. Business acumen. Intellectual curiosity.
