Baires Dev is seeking a Service Now Product Owner to lead product strategy and delivery for enterprise IT service management on Service Now. You will own the roadmap, backlog, and sprint execution, aligning IT and HR services with business priorities across a general workforce.

The role requires 5+ years in product management, deep Service Now ITSM/HRSD experience (Employee Center Pro, onboarding/offboarding), strong stakeholder management, and exemplary English communication.
