We are seeking a detail-oriented Bilingual Accounting Data Entry Virtual Assistant to support a construction company with high-volume financial data entry and record management. The ideal candidate will have experience working with invoices, receipts, expenses, and bookkeeping records, along with strong QuickBooks and spreadsheet skills.

Responsibilities

- Enter receipts, invoices, expenses, and vendor records into QuickBooks
- Record material purchases, fuel transactions, and payments accurately
- Categorize financial transactions according to established processes
- Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness
- Match supporting documents to projects and expense categories
- Identify missing or inconsistent financial information
- Maintain organized digital records and accounting trackers
- Provide Spanish-language support when needed
- Assist with administrative and accounting-related tasks

Qualifications

- Experience in accounting data entry or bookkeeping support
- Proficiency in QuickBooks
- Fluent in both English and Spanish




- Experience handling invoices, receipts, expenses, and vendor records
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills
- Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Construction industry experience is a plus

Required Skills

- Highly organized and dependable
- Comfortable handling repetitive, high-volume data entry
- Possesses basic to intermediate bookkeeping knowledge
- Follows established processes accurately and consistently
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work

Preferred Skills

Work Schedule Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST
