Production Support Analyst - Remote Work

What You'll Do:

- Ensure client requests are acknowledged and addressed promptly, maintaining a high level of responsiveness.
- Support the implementation of new audit frameworks and best practices to improve process efficiency.
- Conduct business audits to assess compliance, identify gaps, and recommend enhancements.
- Interact with users, communicate obstacles, and keep them updated on request status.
- Resolve simple and minor configuration issues.

What we are looking for:

- 2-3 years of experience in tech support or similar roles.
- 1+ year of experience in an administrative, operations, compliance, or process-related role.




- 1+ year of customer-facing experience with internal clients.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
