Organization: The Community Ecology Institute (CEI)

Location: Freetown Farm, Columbia, MD

Schedule: Sept-May, Monday – Thursday, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM (30-week session)

Compensation: $28.00 / hour

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Lead Teacher for our 5-7 year old cohort. This position balances nature-based experiential learning and outdoor exploration.

- -Plan and Implement Curriculum & Instruction

Requirements

- -Education: Bachelor’s Degree or higher is required.
- -Certification: First Aid & CPR, Willingly participate in professional development;
- -Experience: Experience leading outdoor or experiential education for children.
- -Physical Capacity: Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and perform physical farm tasks.
