AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to build and maintain backend services, automation workflows, and Salesforce API integrations supporting a GTM data platform and AI-assisted sales initiatives. You will develop REST APIs and webhook-based lead routing in an Agile sprint with Java or Python.

The role requires 4+ years of backend experience with Salesforce development or API integration, plus experience with CRM automation, lead routing, and JIRA.
