Kraken seeks an experienced CRM Product Manager to define and drive the CRM and sales tooling strategy for its B2B go-to-market. You will own the Salesforce-centric roadmap, prioritize needs across Sales, Engineering, and Operations, and translate business requirements into scalable product solutions.

You will partner with Sales leadership and end users to improve lead routing, forecasting, and data quality, delivering clear requirements and acceptance criteria for implementation.
