Requirements

- Over 6 years of Experience as Business Analyst
- Experience gathering and managing business requirements
- Experience managing digital products and Product Backlogs
- Ability to define user stories, acceptance criteria, and business rules
- Experience analyzing and modeling business processes
- Experience managing and analyzing stakeholders
- Experience defining and tracking KPIs and business metrics
- Experience creating product roadmaps and product evolution plans
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum, Kanban, Product Management
- Experience with prioritization techniques and backlog management
- Experience with Excel, Power BI, or similar analytical tools
- Knowledge of product validation, functional testing, and UAT processes
- Ability to document requirements, processes, and functional specifications

- Identify risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities
- Validate delivered solutions against business requirements
- Drive continuous improvement of products and processes
- Lead multidisciplinary teams through influence and collaboration
