ensuring completion with minimal support and proactive communication.
- Collaborate with senior and junior academics to simplify course and degree design, understanding the impact on students and program usability.
- Interact across cultural barriers with academic leaders, government officials, and others, maintaining politeness, patience, and cheerfulness while staying goal-focused.
Requirements
- Graduate-level education.
- Either a PhD or experience in law, regulatory compliance, policy-making, large grant applications, or a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Meticulous, systematic, goal-focused, and capable of working with complex regulatory frameworks.
- Patient yet persistent in the face of bureaucratic inertia.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong solution-oriented problem-solving skills.
- Readiness to work in a start‑up environment, taking initiative to break ambiguous projects into concrete, time‑bound steps.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the higher education sector, such as lecturing, maintaining compliance with accreditation standards, curriculum mapping, and development.
- Previous experience or a demonstrated passion for higher education/edtech.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and adapt quickly.
- Passion for Woolf's mission, vision, and core values.
- Experience working remotely.
- Background in computer science is a plus but not essential.
