Porch Group in Colombia is seeking a T1 Support Billing Specialist to join our remote, customer-facing team. You will be the first line of contact for billing questions, help resolve issues, and support collections while collaborating with North America and other regions.

You should have 2+ years in tech support, strong English communication, and comfort with billing systems and SaaS tools. This is a work-from-home role with RemoFirst employment; you’ll need a quiet home office and reliable
