Before You Apply

This is a high-performance role, not a typical customer service job.

Schedule

- Monday to Friday
- 8:00 AM – 7:45 PM
- 1-hour lunch + two 15-minute breaks

You will be on back-to-back calls for most of your shift while entering information in real time.

This role is not compatible with ongoing studies or second jobs.

What You’ll Do

- Handle continuous calls with U.S.-based customers
- Gather detailed business information with high accuracy
- Enter data in real time while actively speaking with customers
- Maintain energy, focus, and professionalism throughout your shift
- Follow structured processes and documentation protocols
- Perform under pressure without compromising quality





What You Need

- Advanced English (B2+ / C1)
- Experience in call centers or high-volume environments
- Strong typing speed and multitasking ability
- High attention to detail under pressure
- Ability to stay focused for extended periods
- Clear, confident, and professional communication skills

Compensation

- Salary: $2,800,000 COP
- Transportation allowance
- Overtime and legal surcharges
