La Oportunidad Desarrollar actividades de apoyo a Líderes de Producción, Supervisor de Procesos, Supervisor de Producción, Ingeniero de Producción y Gerente de Área, mediante la ejecución de tareas operativas en estrecha relación con la gestión administrativa y técnica del área. Lo anterior, dando cumplimiento a los requisitos de calidad (ISO 9001), ambiental (ISO 14001), eficiencia energética (ISO 50001), seguridad y salud en el trabajo (ISO 45001), acreditación de laboratorio (ISO IEC 17025) y control y seguridad BASC

Cómo vas a generar impacto

Registrar los PNC’s detectados en el proceso de fabricación, e informar al Gerente de Producción y/o Ingeniero de Producción del área para la toma de decisiones sobre la gestión de los mismos, así mismo, hacer seguimiento al diligenciamiento de las Quality Inspection Card, Sigma Cards y demás registros de calidad definidos para el área durante el proceso de fabricación para garantizar el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad y elaborar el libro de evidencias y escaneo del mismo al final del proceso para evidencia digital.

Prestar soporte al Ingeniero de Producción y/o Líder de Producción del área en el control del proceso de manufactura, siguiendo lo especificado en los diseños, y con buenas prácticas de manufactura, cumplimiento metrológico, seguridad, orden y limpieza, con el fin de garantizar que la fabricación de transformadores se hace cumpliendo los estándares y procedimientos de Hitachi.

Prestar soporte a los Líderes de Producción en los Puntos de Control asignados, con el fin de asegurarse de que lo que se ha fabricado en una etapa determinada del proceso pueda seguir a la siguiente etapa.

Prestar soporte en la transferencia e implementación de las mejores prácticas de producción establecidas por el Grupo y en la renovación de máquinas y procesos, con el fin de optimizar los tiempos de producción y mantener los estándares de calidad.

Responsable de garantizar el cumplimiento de las normativas,



procedimientos y directrices internas y externas aplicables.

Tu Perfil

- Estudiante de ingeniería/tecnología industrial, mecánica/eléctrica.
- Experiencia de un (1) año de experiencia en procesos de producción.
- Conocimiento de los procesos de fabricación de transformadores.
- Manejo e interpretación de planos.
