What You will Do:

- Coordinate LCL export and consolidation shipments.
- Prepare weekly load plans and rail/IPI shipments.
- Coordinate pickups, CFS deliveries and warehouses.
- Process dock receipts, AES filings and forwarding instructions.
- Review DG/Hazmat documentation.
- Monitor shipment milestones, delays and updates.
- Communicate with customers, carriers and warehouses.
- Complete pre-alerts and billing accurately and on time.
- Resolve operational issues and provide alternative solutions.

What We are Looking For

TCA is looking for someone who is organized, proactive, detail oriented, and comfortable working in a fast paced logistics environment.

Required / Preferred Experience:

- Experience in LCL/FCL, ocean freight, freight forwarding or international logistics.
- U.S. logistics experience preferred.
- Knowledge of Incoterms and export documentation.
- DG/Hazmat experience preferred.
- Strong organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- English proficiency required.
