Purpose of the Position

- Provide cross-functional operational support across different people services areas such as: Payroll, Validated Learning and HR Data Management, ensuring service continuity, reporting accuracy, compliance, and operational effectiveness.
- Act as a key operational resource for reporting, documentation management, ticket administration, audit support, and data maintenance activities.
- Cooperate with automation, digitalization,



and continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, data quality, and employee experience across People Services operations.

Responsibilities

- Support the People Services operation through the assignment, routing, monitoring, and follow-up of requests, tickets, and operational activities across Payroll, Validated Learning, and HR Data Management
- Provide administrative and operational support to different functional teams based on workload, business priorities, and service delivery requirements .
- Assist with non-specialized transactional activities, including data entry, record updates, and process documentation updates.
- Support with the preparation and consolidation of operational payroll reports.
- Perform data quality audits/reviews and identify discrepancies for appropriate escalation and resolution
- Support with operational documentation maintenance, standard operating procedures (SOPs), templates, work instructions, and process records.
- Collaborate with process improvement, automation, and digitalization initiatives that increase efficiency, standardization, and service quality across People Services.
- Cooperate in dashboard data maintenance when required for KPIs monitoring.
- Handles general inquiries, supported by answers to predefined questions
