As a Business Process Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting strategic initiatives and enhancing the effectiveness of our pricing and contracting outcomes through comprehensive analysis and collaborative business process transformation. You will lead process initiatives to support the documentation of current process and future process to enable improvement and integration of our pricing and contracting end-to-end processes. These efforts focus on ensuring interoperability and scalability, maximizing value creation. You will collaborate with colleagues and commercial excellence workstreams to gather requirements and understand needs around pricing strategy, offer development and contract development & management, and pricing and contract operations. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and has a passion for driving business success.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
- Plan, perform and implement process improvement initiatives
- Diagram and evaluate existing processes
- Organize, lead and facilitate cross-functional process teams
- Develop metrics that provide data for process measurement, identifying indicators for future improvement opportunities
- Collect data to identify root cause of problems
- Measure performance against process requirements
- Align improvement to performance shortfalls
- Provide consultation on the use of re-engineering techniques to improve process performance and product quality
- May deliver presentations and training courses including measurement, analysis, improvement and control
- Survey and analyse best practices for techniques and processes
- Communicate team progress
Required Knowledge and Experience
- Bachelor´s degree
- Fluency in English (minimum b2 level required)
- 2 years of relevant experience with pricing & contracting systems and processes, including pricing management, contract management, CPQ, CLM, and customer incentive management systems
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Excel skills would include use of formulas, charts, graphs, and functions
- Expertise in problem-solving techniques, project management and strong negotiation skills
- Experience working in international markets or with diverse teams can provide valuable perspectives
- Ability to develop enterprise end-to-end process flows leveraging domain expertise and cross-functional collaboration
- Data Analytics Proficiency: Skills in data analytics with the ability to collect, collate and interpret data to support informed decisions
- Experience in leading digital transformation initiatives, particularly in pricing and contracting
Nice to Have
- Experience with Lean and Six Sigma principles, including DMAIC
- Experience in the medical device, healthcare, or pharmaceutical Industries
- Understanding of relevant regulations and compliance requirements in the healthcare industry
- Customer Relationship Management: Experience in managing and optimizing customer relationships, particularly in a B2B context
- Familiarity with emerging technologies such as AI and machine learning in pricing strategies and contract management systems
