We are seeking a talented and motivated Talent Acquistion Intern who is best in class with a high IQ plus a high EQ. The right candidate will help us develop our recruiting best practices and ensure every candidate has a world-class experience.

What You’ll Do:

Manage and update the Applicant Tracking System
Schedule and perform phone screens




Help implement a Recruiting Best Practice strategy
Assist in building an event calendar, including career fairs, campus onsite visits, and networking meetups
Assist with candidate pipeline reporting and analysis

What We Look For:

Currently pursuing a degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related discipline
Background and/or education in HR, People Operations, Recruiting, and/or Organizational Development
Interest in startups
Hard-working, determined, ambitious, self-motivated, and a can-do attitude
