Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a LinkedIn Expert. The LinkedIn Expert will manage and optimize the company’s LinkedIn presence, including building and nurturing professional networks, engaging with relevant communities, and growing brand visibility among creative professionals and industry stakeholders. Daily tasks include creating and curating posts, articles, and updates; optimizing company and personal profiles; managing outreach and messaging campaigns; and tracking performance metrics to refine strategy.

The role also involves identifying and connecting with overlooked and underrepresented artists, supporting talent discovery initiatives,



and collaborating with internal teams to align LinkedIn activities with broader marketing and outreach goals.

Qualifications

- Strong LinkedIn platform expertise, including profile optimization, content posting, and audience engagement.
- Experience in social media strategy and digital marketing, preferably within creative, entertainment, or related industries.
- Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to create clear, engaging, and inclusive content.
- Capability to use analytics tools to monitor performance, generate insights, and adjust campaigns based on data.
- Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, and an interest in supporting underrepresented creative talent.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines consistently.
- Strong interpersonal skills for professional networking, outreach, and relationship building on LinkedIn.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
