Manpower is seeking to recruit a Sales Executive for our client operating within the manufacturing and finishings / furniture sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and overseeing the full sales process from initial enquiry through to project completion.Main Responsibilities:Identify and develop new business opportunities across residential, commercial, and contractor markets.Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, quotations, negotiations, and closing sales.Prepare and submit tender and project proposals within required deadlines.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to maximise repeat business.Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the sales and project lifecycle.Coordinate with Operations and Logistics teams to ensure successful project delivery.Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline updates,



and performance reports.Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for business growth.Requirements:Sales experience, ideally within manufacturing, finishings, furnishings, furnitureProven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.Experience in project-based sales is considered an asset.Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Fluency in both Maltese and English.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; CRM experience is an advantage.Self-motivated, organised, and capable of managing multiple priorities.Full, clean driving licence required.Job InfoType of Contract: IndefiniteSalary: Basic + commission structureWorking Days: Monday to FridayWorking Hours: 08:00 - 16:30Work Setting: Office-based (with regular clients visits)Candidate location: Must be already living in Malta#J-18808-Ljbffr
